TICKETS AND VEHICLE REGISTRATIONS

All ticket and registration fees are non-refundable, with the following exceptions:

Military deployment
If you receive word that you will be on an active deployment after purchasing tickets or registering for any of our events, you can qualify for a full refund. In order to qualify, the following conditions must be met:
- You must provide proof of your upcoming deployment
- Request must be made no later than one (1) week prior to the date of the event

Death in the family
If a member of your family passes away after you have purchased tickets or registered for any of our events, you can qualify for a full refund. In order to qualify, the following conditions must be met:
- You must provide proof of your family member's death (obituary, death certificate, official email, etc.)
- Request must be made no later than one (1) week prior to the date of the event

Registered vehicle involved in an accident
If your vehicle is invloved in an accident after it was registered for any of our events, you can qualify for a full refund. In order to qualify, the following conditions must be met:
- You must provide photographic proof of the damage to the vehicle
- Request must be made no later than one (1) week prior to the date of the event

Any refund requests that do not fall under any of the above exceptions, or that do fall under any of the above exceptions but do not meet ALL of the conditions will be ignored.

If any of the exceptions apply to you, please include all supporting documentation when sending us your request. The preferred method for refund requests is through email.
